2. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use any analytics or marketing tools. The spam protection (section 4) is only loaded when you submit a form. Fonts are loaded locally from our server; no connection is made to Google Fonts.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages), 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the website, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser) is processed in order to deliver the website and ensure its security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.
4. Booking enquiry, contact form and spam protection
If you use the booking assistant or the contact form, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, phone number, email address, date and details of the event, call-back request) in order to handle your enquiry and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Protection against misuse: Before submission, we verify that the enquiry comes from a human and that the email address exists (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; legitimate interest: protection against spam and fake enquiries). For this purpose we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA; verification of technical browser signals without advertising cookies), check the domain of your email address and send you a one-time confirmation code. The code email and the forwarding of your enquiry to us are handled by the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). Transfers to the USA are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses or certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Your enquiry is not stored in a database on the website; it is only transmitted to us by email. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps
Links to these services are simple hyperlinks. Data is only transferred when you click on a link. The privacy policy of the respective provider then applies (including Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Google Ireland Ltd.).
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), as well as the right to withdraw any consent given. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.
